Working for Elite Pubs, and acting as lead designer, we undertook the meticulous restoration of this 18th-century, Grade II listed local landmark following extensive fire damage. To align the property with the client's commercial aspirations, we also successfully secured planning approvals and delivered the internal reconfiguration of the pub, a seamless rear infill extension to maximise trading space, and the conversion of the upper floors into boutique Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
