We worked closely with a local developer on this over 55’s scheme. 9 bungalows are designed to replicate a farmstead courtyard, on the site of a new community orchard in Lower Halstow. Our responsibilities included gaining planning permission, clearing the related conditions and preparing a detailed drawing package for construction and building regulation approval. Sustainable and renewable technologies such as airsource heatpumps and solar panels were utilised. Renders of development produced by Quealy & Co Estate Agents.
