This project was for the residential development of 3 high end sustainable detached family dwellings, on a parcel of land formerly owned by the adjoining Care Facility. After lengthy consultation with Maidstone Borough Council the style of the dwellings was developed to create a continuation of the local vernacular using traditional detailing and locally sourced materials.
