On behalf of a regional haulage company the brief was to design a new state of the art vehicle maintenance facility, complete with DVSA testing bays, on Bronze Age Way, Belvedere. The proposals re-established a use for an area of dis-used and contaminated brownfield land in a designated industrial area, thus boosting the local economy and employment opportunities. Due to the prominent location and as part of the regeneration of the area we worked closely with the Local Authority to create a landmark building fronting the roundabout.
