This project is for the replacement of a run-down block of 3 houses, converted into 6 apartments which are significantly below modern space standards, with a new purpose-built block of 14 apartments. The proposals will maximise the potential of the site and provide much needed accommodation within 100m of Gillingham train station. This will be a landmark scheme for a local developer client and will utilize a range of sustainable technologies and add extensive landscaping, including a sedum roof, to an otherwise hard urban environment.
