This scheme was for a new state of the art college building as part of the necessary upgrade of an existing campus site. The proposal included the demolition of outdated buildings and re-planning of the existing layout to include for 50 residential dwellings to assist in funding the remainder of the site. Our designs for the building included two perforated metal clad volumes either side of a large glazed connection to the existing church, with internal bridges dissecting the space above. The proposals were developed working closely with an established firm of contractors as part of initial tender bid.
